Abstract

Abstract: The Role of religious college in boarding school environment for developing human resource
is critical thing to education sector because it is a future investment which has great effect to the
improvement of real sector. Higher education is proven to be more effective as the agent of social change.
In human resource management, the role of college is embodied in a community service program which is
more known as the “Tri Dharma” University. They are acquisition, transmission and application.
Human Resource management is basically an administrative description or management education by
identifying functions into a series of administrative or educational management processes that are
interrelated in guiding the behavior of members of individuals and organizations to the goals. The
Functions can be identified in the process of organizational form: "human resources planning,
compensation, recruitment, selection, induction, appraisal, development, maintaining and improving the
performance, security, union relations, and information".
