Abstract

Performance as a form of the results or level of success of construction workers as a whole within a certain period of time in carrying out a task compared to various possibilities such as work standards, targets or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon before the construction project begins. The aim of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of current OSH practices and cross-cultural competencies. The existence of assurance from K3 is expected to support the performance of construction workers. In addition, cross-cultural competence has a role in realizing mutually supportive individual performance among workers. This study will examine the role of occupational safety and health programs as well as cross-cultural competencies in shaping the performance of construction workers. This study was conducted in a construction project of a building in a tourist area in Batu Malang City involving 100 respondents who came from construction workers. The analysis tool is regression. Studies prove that occupational safety and health have a role in shaping the performance of construction workers. Meanwhile, cross-cultural competence also has a role in the performance of construction workers and is the dominant variable having a role.
