Efektifitas Pengelolaan Rusunawa Kota Surabaya

Abstract

Surabaya city with the complexity of the problems that exist in the rate of urbanization increases every year to make the housing needs in urban areas, while the availability of land becomes scarce increasingly. In order to answer that problem, the government realizes Rusunawa program. Effectiveness of research management of Rusunawa found that there is an aspect that often gets less attention, namely the maintenance of the building. Whereas in a buildng management, the most important thing is the maintenance of the building itself. The value of an investment in the building will look when the building can be controlled quality, both physical and non physical. From the aspect of service, UPTB provides better service to the community residents and prospective residents, and UPTB has not been effective in terms of service. Aspects of supervision as a function of control to the environment, related to environmental safety; environmental hygiene; the usability of the building; vertical and imaging environment is still less effective.
