Pengaruh Komunikasi Kerja dan Integritas terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The organization's demands to always develop must be supported by its human resources. One form of organization that has quality human resources is demonstrated through the results of job performance. In this study, job performance is thought to be influenced by job communication and integrity. Thus this study aims to analyze and determine the effect of partial job communication and integrity on job performance. In addition to analyzing and knowing the effect of simultaneous jobcommunication and integrity on job performance. The study population is employees at the Sidoarjo Middle Tax Office. The sample in this study were employees in the Examination Section at the Sidoarjo Intermediate Tax Office, amounting to 46 people. The analysis tool is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that job communication and integrity have a significant and partial effect on job performance. Integrity proved to have a significant dominant influence on job performance.
