Korelasi Lokasi dan Promosi dengan Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Subsidi

Abstract

Home is a basic human need. Subsidized housing opens up hope for the community to own a house rather than a rental house. Promotional activities and housing locations determine the decision to purchase subsidized housing. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between location factors and promotion efforts in the decision to purchase a subsidized living housing. The analysis tool is Spearman rank correlation. There were 50 respondents who were taken from buyers of subsidized houses in the Sidoarjo area. The result obtained is the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient of the relationship between the location of subsidized house and the purchase decision of 0.839. This means that the relationship between the location of subsidized house and purchasing decisions is very strong and positive. Spearman's rank correlation coefficient for subsidized house purchase decisions is 0.604, which means that the subsidizing relationship with subsidized house purchase decisions is strong and positive.
