The training aims to shape and develop specific skills, knowledge, and work attitudes in human resources. Based on the evaluation of the 2017 work program of Remaja Masjid Assalafiyah, various issues were identified, such as a lack of understanding of the organization's position within the mosque youth, insufficient knowledge of the zakat prayer, and inadequate responsibility among members in their duties. Therefore, this study aims to formulate a training plan for Remaja Masjid Assalafiyah members in 2018, covering objectives, content, methods, and training subjects. The method employed is basic research with an fenomenology approach, qualitative data collection, and analysis based on Raymond A. Noe's training theory. The training plan aims to provide understanding of the mosque youth organization's position, the importance of responsibility in task execution, and the ability to recite the zakat prayer. The recommended trainer is the chairman of Remaja Masjid Assalafiyah, utilizing classroom instruction and simulation or practical exercises
