Membangun Profesionalisme dan Etika (Ibrah Pendidikan dari Surat Ali Imran 106-108)

Abstract

 The values of education in the Qur'an are a never-ending topic to study. As a universal book, the Qur'an is a source of diverse knowledge that will never be discussed, even through various approaches. The deeper we dig into the contents, the greater the beauty and enjoyment that can be felt. Broadly speaking, Ali Imran's letter verses 106 to 108 contain several educational values, among them are the form of teacher and parent professionalism, student ethics, learning components and the basis for success. To find out the values ​​of education explicitly, this article refers to five sources of interpretation, Tafsir Al-Mishbah as the main reference, and Tafsīr Al-Thabarī Jami’ Al-Bayan an Ta’wil ayi Al-Qur’an, Tafsir Ath Thabari, Tafsir Tarbawi Li Al Qur’an Al Karim, and Tafsir Ibnu Kasir as supporters and comparisons. For analysis materials, this article takes from previous research, as well as analysis of asbab al nuzul, munasabah, and muqoddam muakhkhor. The educational values ​​in the letter of Ali Imran verses 106-108 are 1) The importance of being a role model for students, providing correct and appropriate educational materials, and avoiding bad words (negative justification), as a form of professionalism of teachers or parents, 2) Strengthening faith and upholding brotherhood, as the basis for success, 3) Trusting what is given by the teacher and obeying his orders, and taking as much knowledge as possible from the teacher is the ethics for a student.
