Pengembangan Profesionalitas Guru dalam Manajemen Kelas dengan Menggunakan Aplikasi Belajar

This paper aims to explore the scientific field and share data on related research results and research that has been tried on teacher professionalism in classroom management using learning applications. In this study the authors used qualitative methods with a "literature review" approach. It was found that at this time the development of information technology, especially in Indonesia, was growing. However, this progress is not supported by progress in Human Resources (HR) which can keep pace with changes in the world of education. Therefore, over time, educators are required to be able to master the development of the times for the progress and good of a nation, especially the world of education.
